Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup Graham crackers Crushed to form the base
  • 1/4 cup Milk of choice To bind the crust
For the filling
  • 1 cup Smooth peanut butter Adds creaminess and flavor
  • 1/2 cup Cashews Provides rich texture
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup Natural sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour or vegan pea protein Optional thickener for density
For the topping
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Melted and drizzled on top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine graham crackers and milk to create a thick crust mixture.
  2. Transfer the crust mixture into an 8x8 pan and press down to form an even layer.
  3. In the food processor, add cashews, maple syrup, and smooth peanut butter, pulsing until smooth.
  4. If too liquid, add coconut flour or pea protein and blend until well combined.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly on top of the pressed crust.
  6. Melt chocolate and pour it over the filling, smoothing it out evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours until set completely.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top to enhance flavor. These bars can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
