Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 medium Zucchini Grated and moisture squeezed out.
  • 1 cup Cheese Grated, any cheese of choice.
  • 1 cup Almond flour Can be substituted with traditional flour.
  • 2 large Eggs Bind the mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances flavor.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the zucchini using a box grater and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture out evenly on the prepared baking sheet into a rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, and cut into sticks.

  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crispy texture, broil the breadsticks for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking. Use pre-grated cheese and pre-washed zucchini for faster prep. Make double the batch and freeze for a quick snack.
