- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
- Pour in the Italian dressing and mix gently until all ingredients are well coated.
- Add fresh herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss again.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For extra flavor, try marinating the vegetables in the dressing for a few hours before mixing them with the pasta. This salad can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
