Preparation
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Pour in the Italian dressing and mix gently until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Add fresh herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss again.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For extra flavor, try marinating the vegetables in the dressing for a few hours before mixing them with the pasta. This salad can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
