Base ingredients
  • 2 cups vegan yogurt A creamy base that adds richness and tang.
Fruit layers
  • 2 cups mixed fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwis) A colorful blend to enhance flavor.
Texture addition
  • 1 cup granola Adds a crunchy texture that complements the creamy yogurt.

Preparation
  1. Prepare your workspace. Line the yogurt and the mixed fruit bowl beside the popsicle container.
  2. Layer the yogurt. Spoon the yogurt into the popsicle container, filling it about halfway.
  3. Add the fruit. Begin adding some mixed fruits, alternating layers like a parfait.
  4. Fill to the top. Leave some space at the top of each mold for expanding.
  5. Add granola. Top it off equally with granola, pressing down slightly so it sticks into the yogurt.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks. Place your popsicle sticks inside to hold them.
  7. Freeze the popsicles. Freeze for at least 6 hours, covering according to your popsicle container's instructions.
  8. Remove and enjoy! Let sit on the counter for a few minutes first for easier removal, or dip in hot water for about 10 seconds.

Notes

These popsicles can be easily customized with different fruits and sweeteners. Make sure to press the granola down firmly to ensure it stays in place after freezing.
