Dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Chop the celery into small pieces and halve the grapes.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, chopped celery, halved grapes, and walnuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, remaining lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture, stirring gently to coat everything evenly.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors before serving.

Notes

Can be made in advance; store dressing separately until serving for optimal freshness. Best served cold or at room temperature. Keeps well for 3 days in the fridge.
