Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seasoning
  • 12 oz farfalle pasta Cook according to package directions.
  • 1 tbsp sea salt For boiling pasta.
Beef Mixture
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for better texture.
  • 1 medium yellow onion Diced for sautéing.
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste Adds rich flavor.
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika For seasoning the beef.
  • 1 tsp onion powder Enhances flavor profile.
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper Adds a slight kick.
Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Provides creaminess and tang.
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic paste Adds aromatic depth.
  • 1 tbsp lemon paste Brings brightness.
  • 1 tsp sea salt For seasoning the sauce.
Garnishes
  • 2 tbsp salted butter For making paprika butter.
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika Drizzle over finished dish.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved for topping.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley Chopped for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season it with salt.
  2. Add farfalle pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
  3. While pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it into small bits until browned.
  2. Add sweet paprika, onion powder, ground black pepper, and sea salt to the beef, stirring to coat.
  3. Incorporate diced yellow onion and tomato paste, cooking until the onions are soft and the meat is well browned.
Serving
  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic paste, lemon paste, and sea salt.
  2. In a small sauce pot, melt salted butter with sweet paprika over low heat.
  3. Drain the pasta and add it to a serving bowl. Spoon on the yogurt sauce, top with the beef mixture, and drizzle with the paprika butter.
  4. Finish with chopped cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley.

Notes

Great for meal prep; store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to two months.
