Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla simple syrup, and salt to a jar with a lid and shake until thick but pourable.
  2. In a small glass, add honey, vanilla simple syrup, and ground cinnamon. Brew 2 ounces of espresso into the glass and stir until dissolved.
  3. Fill a glass almost full with ice cubes and pour in the espresso mixture. Top with oat milk and then add the prepared cold foam.
  4. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top and add a teddy graham cracker for a playful touch.
