Ingredients
  

For the Cold Foam
  • 1 cup heavy cream Provides a rich, creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup whole milk Adds creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla simple syrup Sweetens the drink
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances overall flavor
For the Latte Base
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adds natural sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Provides warmth and aromatic touch
  • 2 ounces espresso Forms the coffee base
  • ice ice cubes Keeps drink cold
  • 1 cup oat milk Smooth plant-based addition

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla simple syrup, and salt in a jar and shake until thick but pourable, or use a frother to whip the mixture. Set aside.
  2. In a small glass, mix honey, vanilla simple syrup, and ground cinnamon. Brew 2 ounces of espresso into the glass and stir until dissolved.
Assembly
  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the espresso mixture over it.
  2. Pour oat milk nearly to the top of the glass and layer it with the prepared cold foam.
  3. Top with additional cinnamon and a Teddy Graham cracker for a playful finish.

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, use a bold roast for the espresso. Experiment with adding a dash of nutmeg for a seasonal twist. Store leftover components separately for freshness.
