  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast Offers a cheesy flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adds savory depth.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Infuses subtle flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Essential for flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper Adds mild spiciness.
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated chopped onion Increases onion flavor without moisture.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley Provides freshness and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients except the dehydrated onion and chopped parsley in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If too dry, add cold water 1/2 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
Mixing
  1. Transfer the dip to a bowl and stir in dehydrated onion and chopped parsley.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, or enjoy immediately.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.

Notes

Use chilled tofu for smoother texture. Adjust thickness with cold water as desired. Let dip chill for flavor enhancement. For variation, try adding fresh herbs like basil or cilantro.
