- Add another layer of zucchini and sauce, then top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the zucchini is fork tender and the top begins to brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh chives before serving to enhance flavor and presentation.
