For the Skewers

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori masala, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade. Mix well to coat all the pieces.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, ensuring they are tightly packed.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight, and use wooden skewers soaked in water to prevent burning. Consider adding cayenne pepper for a spicy kick, and grill vegetables alongside the chicken for a complete meal.
