Preparation

Making the Batter

  3. Stir in tahini and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
Baking
  1. Prepare the tahini swirl by mixing tahini with a pinch of salt and confectioners' sugar.
  2. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, swirl in the tahini mixture, and bake until just set, approximately 25 minutes.

Notes

For an added flavor boost, consider adding a touch of espresso powder to the batter. Let the brownies cool before cutting to maintain their shape.
