Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and kitchen tools, including a large mixing bowl and spatula.
  2. Open the bags of coleslaw mix and place them into the mixing bowl.
  3. Add the shredded carrots on top, ensuring a blend of colors and textures.
  4. Sprinkle the celery seeds evenly over the vegetables.
  5. Set aside as you prepare the dressing.
Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, white vinegar, and sugar.
  2. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Pour the creamy dressing over the coleslaw and carrot mixture.
  2. Toss gently with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Allow the coleslaw to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Notes
