- Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool.
- Cut the strawberries into thin slices and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and fluffy.
Assembly
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, allowing them to soak slightly, then place a layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers, then the remaining mascarpone mixture, and top with the rest of the strawberries.
Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld.
