Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool.
  2. Cut the strawberries into thin slices and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and fluffy.
Assembly
  1. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, allowing them to soak slightly, then place a layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
  2. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  3. Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers, then the remaining mascarpone mixture, and top with the rest of the strawberries.
Chill
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld.
  2. Slice and enjoy your delicious dessert!

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Always select the freshest produce you can find and allow coffee to cool completely before dipping the ladyfingers. This tiramisu is perfect for meal prep as it can be assembled a day ahead of time.
