Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the nut butter with honey or maple syrup and almond milk until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the lined baking dish, pressing down firmly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for natural sweetness. Substitute almond milk with any plant-based milk of your choice. For added flavor, mix in vanilla extract or use flavored nut butters. Check for doneness around 25 minutes to avoid overbaking.
