Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, mix the nut butter with honey or maple syrup and almond milk until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the lined baking dish, pressing down firmly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for natural sweetness. Substitute almond milk with any plant-based milk of your choice. For added flavor, mix in vanilla extract or use flavored nut butters. Check for doneness around 25 minutes to avoid overbaking.
