- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until well blended and thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat. You can substitute strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries. Prepare the layers the night before to save time and allow for a perfect set.
