Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until well blended and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  3. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the vanilla pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat. You can substitute strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries. Prepare the layers the night before to save time and allow for a perfect set.
