Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease and line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour and cocoa powder. Set aside.
  3. In a second large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and coconut sugar until foamy.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, add butter and dark chocolate. Microwave in increments until melted and whisk together.
Mixing & Baking
  1. Pour the melted chocolate and maple syrup into the egg mixture and whisk. Add vanilla and whisk until combined.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  3. Dollop the strawberry preserves over the top and swirl gently with a knife.
  4. Top with strawberry slices and extra chocolate chunks, pressing them into the batter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Allow brownies to cool before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream for an indulgent dessert. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
