Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and pour the strawberry mixture over them.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the chicken topped with the remaining strawberry mixture.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the strawberry mixture for an hour before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
