Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Trim and cube the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
  1. Add chicken to the skillet and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir until it begins to thicken, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add cooked chicken and broccoli, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  8. Serve warm alongside rice or noodles.
