Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, salt, and cayenne pepper until well mixed.
  3. Stir in toasted sesame seeds and roasted cashews until they are evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the coated cashews onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes, stirring once halfway through for even roasting.
  3. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet.
