Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Gradually blend in the granulated sugar until well combined.
