Preparation
- In a jar, mix together oat flour, chocolate protein powder, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
- Mix in the date caramel and milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a small bowl, then add a layer of date caramel and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and dark chocolate together for 30 seconds.
- Stir the melted mixture and microwave for another 10 to 15 seconds if needed.
- Spread the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Top with peanuts and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Chill in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter and experiment with milk types for flavor. Add fruits as toppings right before serving for crunch.
