Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the sliced button mushrooms and cook for 3–5 minutes, until they are tender and browned.
  4. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the fresh spinach in batches, stirring constantly until wilted (about 2–3 minutes).
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice before serving.

Notes

For best results, prep ingredients ahead of time, and keep stirring spinach to avoid overcooking. This dish can be naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.
