Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it into an even layer.
- Place cornflakes in a Ziplock bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin.
- Sprinkle the crushed cornflakes over the top of the casserole.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cornflake topping.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
- Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
