  • 1/2 cup Au jus sauce Enhances the beef flavor and adds moisture.
  • to taste Condiments Personalize with your favorites, such as mustard or mayonnaise.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Adds tangy crunch to balance the flavors.
  • 1 cup Arugula or greens Optional, for a fresh twist.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half without separating them.
  3. Lay the bottom halves of the buns on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Layer slices of roast beef generously over the bottom buns.
  5. Add cheese slices on top of the roast beef.
  6. Drizzle au jus sauce over the cheese and beef.
  7. Add any desired toppings or condiments.
  8. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve warm with extra au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
