Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place half of the pretzel slider bun cubes in the pan.
  3. Layer on the chopped corned beef followed by the drained sauerkraut.
  4. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing evenly over the layers.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top.
  6. Layer the remaining pretzel slider bun cubes on top.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, mustard, and dried onion flakes. Pour this mixture over the top layer of bread cubes.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For the best flavor and texture, finely chop the corned beef and allow the casserole to sit for a few minutes after baking before serving. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
