Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place half of the pretzel slider bun cubes in the pan.
- Layer on the chopped corned beef followed by the drained sauerkraut.
- Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing evenly over the layers.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top.
- Layer the remaining pretzel slider bun cubes on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, mustard, and dried onion flakes. Pour this mixture over the top layer of bread cubes.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For the best flavor and texture, finely chop the corned beef and allow the casserole to sit for a few minutes after baking before serving. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
