  • 2 large Eggs helps set the cheesecake
  • 0.5 cups Peanut Butter infuses a delicious nutty flavor

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

Cheesecake Filling

  2. Add in the peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined after each addition.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  2. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Always use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth batter. Chill your cheesecake overnight for the best flavor.
