Preparation
  1. Mash the raspberries using a fork until mostly broken down.
  2. Mix in half of the honey and all of the chia seeds into the mashed raspberries.
  3. Stir to combine and set aside to thicken while preparing the yogurt base.
Yogurt Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt with the remaining honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Divide the raspberry mixture equally among the popsicle molds.
  2. Spoon the yogurt mixture on top of the raspberry layer, then sprinkle with granola.
  3. Place the molds in the freezer until the popsicles are fully set, typically a few hours or overnight.

Notes
