Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups organic old fashioned rolled oats The hearty base that packs a nutritious punch.

  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice blend A quintessential fall flavor that enhances warmth and richness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Balances sweetness and enhances flavors overall.
  • 1 cup milk of choice Moistens the oats and contributes to a creamy texture.
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree Infuses moisture and a natural sweetness to the dish.
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup Natural sweeteners that elevate the taste.
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Adds a warm, aromatic note to each bite.
  • 1/2 cup dark mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate bar For a rich, indulgent touch of sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Grease your baking dish with unrefined coconut oil, avocado oil, ghee, or butter generously to ensure easy removal.
Cooking
  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish, ensuring it’s distributed evenly.
  3. Optionally sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top for added indulgence.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is just set. Be careful not to overbake; a crisp outside and soft inside is ideal.
