- Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions, aiming for al dente. Drain well, do not rinse.
- Step 2: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Step 5: Stir in dry mustard, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, and pumpkin puree. Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute while whisking.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses until smooth.
- Step 7: Stir in the pasta until well coated.
- Step 8: Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.

Notes
