Ingredients
  

For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese Room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 8 oz whipped topping For a fluffy texture.
  • 1 pkg graham cracker crust 9-inch pie dish.
For the Pumpkin Layer
  • 1 cup whole milk Use room temperature.
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix For thickening.
  • 1 can solid pack pumpkin Ensure it’s pure pumpkin.
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon Enhances warmth.
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves For a spiced aroma.
Optional Garnishes
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts For added crunch.
  • 1 cup additional whipped topping For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the whipped topping and mix well.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Pumpkin Layer
  1. In another bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes on low speed until combined.
  2. Beat on high for 2 minutes until thickened.
  3. Let the mixture stand for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the pumpkin, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves until mixed well.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Refrigerate the dessert until set, approximately 2 to 3 hours.
  2. If desired, garnish with chopped nuts and additional whipped topping before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for the best results. Chill overnight for enhanced flavor.
