  • 1 cup cucumbers Chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese Crumbled.
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil Acts as a healthy fat.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar For tanginess.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your protein by cooking or marinating as desired.
  2. Chop the fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and protein.
  2. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top of the salad mixture.
Dressing
  1. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Notes
