Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk your eggs together with the milk, sea salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the oat flour and whisk well to combine.
Cooking
  1. Pour your egg mixture into your hot skillet and tilt the pan to evenly coat the bottom.

  3. Flip your wrap and cook for 1 minute more.
Serving
  1. Once it’s done cooking, slide it onto a plate. Immediately top with cheese, fresh spinach, tomato slices, deli turkey, and avocado.
