  • 100 grams Frozen peas Add sweetness and vibrant color to the dish.

  • 400 grams Frozen king prawns A quick-cooking protein source.
Creamy Sauce Components
  • 150 grams Garlic and herb soft cheese Contributes creaminess and depth.
  • 1 medium Lemon Adds brightness with its juice and zest.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Put your pasta on to boil according to package instructions.
  2. Warm the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Stir in chopped courgettes and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Cooking
  1. Incorporate the frozen king prawns and cook until they are fully pink and cooked through.
  2. Add frozen peas to the boiling pasta 3 minutes before the cooking time is up. Be sure to reserve some cooking water.
  3. Drain the pasta and peas, adding them directly to the skillet with courgettes and prawns.
Serving
  1. Mix in the garlic and herb soft cheese along with the lemon zest and juice from the lemon.
  2. If desired, add some of the reserved pasta cooking water for a creamier sauce.
  3. Enjoy your meal while it’s fresh and creamy.

Notes

For best results, use freshly squeezed lemon juice and don’t overcook the prawns.
