Vegetables

Protein
  • 400 grams Frozen king prawns Juicy and flavorful, these add a protein-packed component.
Creamy Sauce
  • 200 grams Garlic and herb soft cheese Creamy element that brings everything together with herbaceous notes.
  • 1 juice Lemon Its juice and zest brighten the dish’s flavors wonderfully.
Seasoning
  • to taste Sea salt Essential for seasoning and enhancing taste.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Boil the pasta according to the pack instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  3. Add courgettes and garlic to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Incorporate the frozen king prawns and fry until they are cooked through.
  5. Add the frozen peas to the boiling pasta 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  6. Remember to reserve some of the cooking water before draining.
  7. Add the drained pasta and cooked peas to the courgettes and prawns in the pan.
  8. Stir in the garlic and herb soft cheese along with the lemon zest and juice.
  9. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add some of the reserved cooking water and serve immediately.

Notes

Pro Tips: Add chili flakes for heat. Ensure prawns are not rubbery by cooking quickly. Mix in milk or cream for a creamier sauce. Pair with garlic bread or salad.
