- Fold in the cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with your favorite potato chips and enjoy!
Notes
This dip is perfect for meal prep, can be made a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, place in a freezer-safe container; it can last for up to 2 months.
