Preparation
  1. Dice the pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, and red bell pepper, and chop the cilantro.
Combining Ingredients

  2. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the mixture, and season with salt and black pepper.

  4. Taste the salsa and adjust additional salt, pepper, and lime juice as desired.
