Baking
- Evenly divide the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, drizzle with extra peanut butter and decorate with banana slices if desired.
Storage
- Refrigerate any leftovers in a sealed container; they will stay good for 4 days.
