Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Pour both cans of strawberry pie filling into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Combine the cookie dough mix and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined.
Baking
- Sprinkle the cookie dough in small clumps over the pie filling, covering it as evenly as possible.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the topping is nicely browned.
- Remove the dish from the oven and allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream for a contrasting flavor and warmth. Can be made ahead by mixing cookie dough and storing it in the fridge.
