Preparation
- Heat 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan until boiling.
- Add 6 tea bags and steep for about 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool.
- In another saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium heat, stirring until dissolved. Remove from heat.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea and simple syrup, then add the pureed peaches and remaining 4 cups of cool water, stirring well.
- Refrigerate until chilled, then serve over ice.
Notes
Serve with fresh peach slices and mint for garnish. This drink is perfect for summer gatherings, BBQs, and picnics.
