Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the zucchini and slice them into even rounds or half-moons.

  4. Spread the zucchini in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the zucchini.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is golden brown. The edges should be slightly crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes
