Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Grate the Parmesan cheese into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add any optional spices and herbs, if desired.
  5. Mix the cheese and seasonings until well combined.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each scoop slightly to form a circle.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
  3. Transfer to a cooling rack to crisp up completely.

Notes

These crisps can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week. They can be frozen for longer storage, lasting up to three months.
