Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese into a mixing bowl.

- Mix the cheese and seasonings until well combined.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each scoop slightly to form a circle.
Baking
- Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a cooling rack to crisp up completely.
