Creamy Layer Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Offers creaminess and a protein boost.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk your oats, cacao powder, chia seeds, and sea salt together.
  2. Add in the brewed coffee, milk of choice, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla.
  3. Stir until well combined, then cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
  4. In a small bowl, stir to combine the Greek yogurt with almond butter and protein powder until very smooth.
  5. Refrigerate this mixture or use immediately.
Assembly
  1. Take 4 jars and divide the oats and yogurt equally layered.
  2. Finish with a layer of yogurt and sift cacao powder on the top.
Storage
  1. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. They can last up to three days.

For best results, let the oats sit longer for creaminess, and consider adding fresh fruits or nuts before serving.
