- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated evenly.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, around 6-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the fresh orange juice, soy sauce, and honey. Stir to combine and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the crispy chicken to the pan, stirring to coat in the sauce.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve hot.
