Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and prepare a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, add boiled sweet potatoes, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, butter, honey, and whole milk.
  3. Use a potato masher to blend all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Stir in 1/4 cup of roughly chopped pecans into the sweet potato mixture.
  5. Evenly spread the sweet potato mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and the remaining 1/4 cup pecans evenly on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

For best results, roast sweet potatoes before mashing. Use half and half for creaminess. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
