  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Provides a creamy texture and rich flavor.
  • 1/3 cup honey Natural sweetener that binds the ingredients together.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds warmth and enhances the overall flavor.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds Optional add-in for extra fiber.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Optional add-in for a touch of sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add in almond flour and mix until a soft and smooth dough forms.
  3. Fold in any optional add-ins (chocolate chips, chia seeds, etc.) if using.
  4. Line an 8x4 or 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  5. Press the mixture evenly into the pan using your hands or the back of a spoon.
Setting
  1. Freeze for 20 minutes, or until firm.
  2. Remove from the pan and cut into bars or squares.

Notes

Store in the freezer for longer storage (up to 3 months) or the fridge for softer bars (up to 2-3 weeks).
