- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch dish to form a crust. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you make the filling.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully mixed.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust evenly. Return to the refrigerator and let it set for about 1 hour.
- Top with mixed berries before serving for a fresh pop and vibrant color!
