- Evenly spread the brownie mixture in the lined baking dish.
- Pour the chocolate frosting over the brownie layer and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over the frosting.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the frosting sets.
- Slice the brownies into bars and serve.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
For best results, chill brownies longer for a firmer texture. You can experiment by adding espresso powder or using dark cacao for a richer frosting. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for later.
