  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs For a sweet and crunchy crust.
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted, to bind the crust.
Filling Ingredients
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese At room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar To sweeten and balance flavors.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Adds aroma and flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream For a light and airy texture.
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles For a colorful and festive touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, and mix until well combined and fluffy, about 3–5 minutes.
  5. Fold in the sprinkles gently, being careful not to break them.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Once set, remove from the springform pan and slice to serve.

Notes

For best results, soften cream cheese before using. Use ready-made graham cracker crusts to save time if needed. Top with extra sprinkles before serving.
