- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, and mix until well combined and fluffy, about 3–5 minutes.
- Fold in the sprinkles gently, being careful not to break them.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Once set, remove from the springform pan and slice to serve.
Notes
For best results, soften cream cheese before using. Use ready-made graham cracker crusts to save time if needed. Top with extra sprinkles before serving.
