Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup until well incorporated.
  2. Add in rolled oats and flax seeds and/or chia seeds if using.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
  4. Cover the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, spoon, or your hands, form the dough into balls. If using hands, wet your hands to prevent sticking.
  7. Chill the balls in the fridge or freezer for 20 minutes for them to set and enjoy.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
